The purpose of this Business Plan
This Business Plan details our key performance measures, business activities and planned programme of change for 2012-13. These objectives have been agreed by the responsible senior officials and ministers, as part of setting our priorities for the year.
We will report against the measures and change plans set out in this Business Plan to provide transparency of performance in Annual Report and Accounts 2012-13.
This plan is shaped around six key principles (see six key principles) and sets out:
- how the agency is changing
- what we will do in 2012-13
- sustainability in DVLA
- how much we will spend and save
